Shipping Services Guide

Treasure Trove 911 generally utilizes the United States Postal Service for most deliveries of its items. However, there are exceptions when carriers such as Federal Express are utilized as they may offer the more appropriate choice, least expensive or more secure option given the item purchased. Our philosophy is to choose a reliable source while providing expeditious delivery times while minimizing shipping fees.  Special requests and handling may also be provided upon request, and we ask our customers kindly contact us to inquire.  Please note an added surcharge for processing and delivery fees may apply for any special handling fees.

Please note all purchases made through Treasure Trove 911 include USPS mail delivery to a shipping address within the United States to the purchaser’s payment on account. We do provide USPS shipping services for Canadian Customers for an additional fee.

For international customers who wish to purchase a selected item, an item may be available for purchase through a special listing in our eBay Store which offers Global Shipping  and/or by a special arrangement with us utilizing Federal Express international shipping.  Please feel free to contact us for more information.

US Postal Service Definitions

First-Class Mail and Priority Mail are both trademarked names for shipping services of the United States Postal Service. First-Class Mail is actually a family of services, primarily intended for letters, postcards and small packages. When mailers use a standard postage stamp on an envelope, the Post Office delivers it using First-Class Mail. Priority Mail, which the Post Office considers part of First-Class Mail, can accommodate larger and heavier packages. Priority Mail features a stated delivery time of two to three days within the continental United States, while First-Class mail generally arrives in a similar time frame. Both First Class-Mail and Priority Mail now includes tracking within the United States.

Several restrictions apply to both First-Class Mail and Priority Mail services. For regular First-Class Mail, the package may weigh no more than 13 ounces. Priority Mail has a weight limit of 70 lbs. For items shipped using Priority Mail flat-rate boxes, the item must fit comfortably within the box.
